Last updated: June 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the solidpowerinnovations.com website operated by Solid Power Innovations, Inc. ("SPI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Solid Power Innovations
Solid Power Innovations designs, integrates, and supports commercial and industrial energy systems, including power controls, solar and storage hardware, distributed generation equipment, and the GridBuddy™ orchestration platform. Our services may include engineering, supply, installation, commissioning, managed operations (CurrentCare™), and advanced-energy feasibility programs (such as AtomSafe™ and FusionForward™).
Information on this website is general in nature and does not replace a written quote, statement of work, master services agreement, or product-specific terms executed with SPI.
2. Eligibility and business use
This website is intended for business and institutional users (for example, facility managers, energy managers, utilities, municipalities, and contractors). You represent that you have authority to bind your organization if you submit inquiries on its behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in violation of applicable law or in a manner that could harm SPI, our customers, or critical infrastructure;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, probe GridBuddy environments, or interfere with site security;
- Scrape, mine, or automate access to content except as allowed by robots.txt or our written permission;
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or project scope in contact submissions;
- Upload malware or abusive content through any form or communication channel we provide.
4. Inquiries, estimates, and no offer
Submitting a contact form or emailing us does not create a binding contract, project commitment, or guarantee of pricing, availability, interconnection approval, or timeline. Performance metrics shown on this site (such as uptime, peak reduction, or orchestrated capacity) are illustrative portfolio figures unless expressly confirmed in writing for your specific sites.
Product names, model designations, and status labels (for example, "Generally available") are subject to change and regional availability.
5. Intellectual property
The site, logos, documentation excerpts, and original content are owned by SPI or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Trademarks including GridBuddy™, BrightBank™, SunNest™, CurrentCare™, AtomSafe™, and FusionForward™ are marks of Solid Power Innovations, Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.
Stock photography and third-party equipment imagery on this site are for illustrative purposes unless captioned as a specific SPI project.
6. Third-party links and equipment
Our site may reference OEM equipment, standards bodies, or partner integrations. SPI is not responsible for third-party websites, products we supply under separate manufacturer warranties, or utility/program rules governing your interconnection or incentives.
7. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Technical information about generation, storage, grid services, EV charging, or emerging technologies (including fusion or advanced nuclear feasibility) is for general education and planning—not engineering sign-off for your facility.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPI from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
